You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including unused, unopened, and with original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns for assembled or used furniture.

Special Orders

Custom or special orders are not eligible for returns. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing a custom order.

2. Return Process

Request a Return

Please email our customer service at support@sportses.shop to request a return. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return in the email.

Return Confirmation

Once we receive your return request, we will review it within 2 business days and provide instructions on the return process via email.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the item back to our designated address as per the instructions provided in the confirmation email. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

3. Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Shipping Costs

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you need.
